Excellent!
Everyone was so friendly and went a extra mile, the room were clean and there weren't a mark on the sheets. Love how the room don't get any light from outside when the curtains are closed.

Our room smelled so bad when we moved in. No elevator to the second floor and no assistance with carrying of bags. Beds are super hard and the duvet covers dont even have a inner in... absolutely horrible.

The lodge needs to upgrade on their service as you can't expect two people sharing a room to use one key and you give them two sachets of coffee with three sachets of sugar who should coffee and who should not. If people ask about dessert just explain nicely that why there isn't dessert but when you have but not included on our menu just say so and I'll gladly pay for my dessert.

Electricity keeps trapping, No extra blankets in the rooms, no phones in the rooms so you always have to walk to reception to request assistance. No lifts to access first floor and second floor, only stairs.

Nice clean small rooms. No lifts to floor 1 or 2. Good generator so no power outages during loadshedding

It deserves more than a 1 star, has WiFi great breakfast and good customer service. My concern is the elevators... Lol the lack thereof. Not very wheelchair friendly.

Fantastic stay.
Staff very friendly and goes the extra mile. Breakfast was great.

Rooms very clean and sufficient!
