What I need from Nando’s is extra source PLEASE make us pay for it than but can’t just deny us extra source. Do you know how much of torture it is to eat Brest without dipping drip source? It’s part of 1000 ways to die that thing.

Beautiful store and we see the difference from renovating. Extra star for that.

The staff has a great attitude towards the customers although they are all in the kitchen and no one is available to assist you when you place an order, a slight change will prove to be beneficial. But I'll just like to add that the spicy chips they serve are by far the best I've had, hopefully they can show the other Nandos franchises in small towns

Okay the food is delicious as always and employees are polite, my only issue is their unpreparedness. I wanted a quick meal by drive-thru but it was closed because they didn't have gas for their stove, they didn't have enough change at the till which created long lines, and seeing the long line they leave just one person to mend the till.
We were told our order will take 8-10 minutes, ended up taking 20 minutes and only because we kept on asking the guy at the till to a point that he went to the kitchen to package our order himself.
Nando's is a respectable brand, but order is needed because all that drama is frustrating when you are on a lunch break trying to get a quick meal.

Service is good but the food quality has deteriorated. Chicken is pre flame grilled and just before serving a slap on sauce . No longer basted while flame grilled and it leaves the meal bland and not tasty. Salad was fresh but no dressing.

I am a strict vegetarian and ordered a veg perinaise, avo and caramelised oinion wrap takeaway, but once I arrived home I was given the chicken wrap... I paid for an entire meal, but was not able to eat it.

Nandos should close down the Potchefstroom franchise as this is going to ruin their reputation. Nandos is known for their excellent and relatively healthy food and I have been to countless stores (in SA and the UK) and I have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the Potchefstroom store is horrific. This review is not based on one experience but a whole bunch of disappointments over the last three years. My latest experience today involved completely undercooked and bloody chicken livers (ordered well done) and bland chicken with the only flavour being that is tastes a bit off.

There is clearly no management oversight, consistency or quality control. The store is generally always dirty which makes me wonder about food safety practices.

Food is vile.

In my mind, Potchefstroom does not actually have a Nandos (this place is not the same as other stores). I will never buy there again.

Meat was terribly burnt couldn't eat it,chips were too soft not crunchy as am used to,we ordered mild and were given hot with lots and lots of sauce.
