Beautiful spacious,cozy place. Friendly staff except one older woman.Very rude and unprofessional. But all in all we could not allow her to spoil our day. Thanks to the male who made sure we were well taken care of. Various teas to choose from. I had a tea filled ???? ???? week, different options. Well located, near the mall.

For the rooms it will be nice to get showers not bath and shower as water just spills everywhere. Service Jaqui is very rude. Location best as it is next to the mall.

As always the Willows gave us a breakfast spread fot for a queen. Thank you for your hospitality and friendly service. Saff was so helpfull and super nice. We will keep coming back.

Have stayed at this establishment many times before but my recent stay was not as good as before because of one Melody. Very rude lady. She needs training on people skills. Their breakfast is still the best, spacious rooms. Bathroom needs upgrade

This place is not nice at all sheets having blood stains, it's winter tiles are very cold no carpet. Bathroom it's disaster........

Friendly staff. Rooms are extremely spacious and clean. Great Breakfast. Enjoyed working by the pool.

Positives:
1. Bedrooms with two double beds overlooking a golf course.
2. Very good breakfast.
Cons:
1. Inadequate soundproofing in a room we stayed in.

The bedrooms have two double beds, two chairs and a small round table, with contemporary decor. The ensuite bathroom has a bath and overbath shower. The rooms have aircon, safes and coffee and tea making facilities. Sound from the adjacent room awoke me during two nights.

The buffet breakfasts ranges from fruit salad and yoghurt to a fully cooked breakfast.

The hotel has a small pool and a bar. The pool lining is discolored. The bar re-opened during our last visit. Mike's kitchen is next to the hotel and Mooiriver Mall is across the road.

The hotel parking, ground floor rooms and dining area are accessible to wheelchairs. The hotel does not have a lift to the first floor.

Covid 19: Temperature is self checked. Hand sanitiser is available at the hotel entrance and in the dining area. Hotel clients are required to wear masks dishing up at the breakfast buffet. Staff wear masks.
