They are so slow and have little to no regard at all Courier services such as Mr. D and UberEats.
The whole kitchen will focus their energy on drive-thru, you'll call out for them and they still ignore you to such an extent that the manager will come handle your order.
They have a problem with sealing orders or marking them or even just stapling a courier order with its receipt, simple! They fail to do this.
They would rather clean up the ice cream machine than to drop whatever they are doing and quickly help a customer then get back to their cleaning. Customers First!
The economy is going through a crunch for a store to be content with the amount of current customers. People are losing their jobs and money, this is not how a restaurant should act in such hard times. They need to pick up their socks.
A staff member would come and mop the floor where a customer is standing, leaving the floor wet and nowhere else to step. Yes cleaning is must, most especially clean as you go, but your cleaning cannot inconvenience a customer!
You would think that the recent revamp would have revamped their attitude. No!
I think they should rotate staff as some of the most sweetest and kindest souls who should be working in the front are at the back making orders.
