Spent almost a year in this place, in propably every room. Visited other backpackers but nothing comes close to 1322 Backpackers. Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms and a beautiful atmosphere.. Miss it so much. Would recommend for any traveler or individual needing a safe, good night's rest.

this is the second time I am coming to this amazing place. I came last time in 2017. I could feel the same warmth and the same vibe. This place is a wonderful blend of hippishness and familial warmth. If you are in Pretoria and if you are enough adventurous please do not miss this place

I always have a great experience when I'm at the 1322. The place is always clean and tidy, the service is spot on as well as the whole vibe. It was 10 years ago when I was using them and won't go anywhere else ever since.

Very good Covid precautions and the staff took good care if all guests. A lovely blue pool and lucious garden. Good security measures in place. Conveniently close to Hatfield Gautrain station and busy Hatfield centre.
Friendly helpfull staff. The place to relax.

It's a nice place, at the time we were there, there weren't to many tourists. Many tourists come to stay here just a short time to get to the Kruger park later. I loved the hostel for its atmosphere and a lovely lady hosts the hostel. Very friendly, good equipment for cooking and the guests were a bit older than usual. 40plus.
