Finance department has a girl working with the baddest attitude ignores all mails sent fto her every day for 4 days and replies only after 20 mails and a call to the manager and then she still thinks she’s the queen of cash con well your not you cant even complete a very simple task and that is to create a new pin never thought this could be so hard for an individual. I have never seen such poor and questionable customer service!!!!!!! I would’ve given 0 stars if possible.. change your attitude its ugly I reported you at head office so you can learn that this is not acceptable . Prefer rietfontein ANYDAY!!!!!!!!!

Incredibly rude staff. No one came to assist us at the selling counter even after we asked to please be assisted. We were just told to sit there and wait. Incredibly rude and incredibly unprofessional

"Blood money, extortion, blatant apathy", some of the words that come to mind when sharing my experience of this business. I recently took in my laptop for a loan and it came back broken. When I complained I was told, "Sorry Sir, not our problem, you signed on the dotted line and didn't check your goods before you left our property." My bad I guess but who has time to rip through 5 layers of bubble wrap when you're in a rush? Lesson we'll learnt so ppl always check your goods when you get it back from them! It cost me R1200 to fix it. Today I sold a TV stand which I had bought from them for R1200 and guess what? They gave me a measly R100 for it! Stay away from this business if you can.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Their pick-up service especially is great when you have items that you're not able to transport to the shop yourself, although it's quite difficult to get them to respond on their whatsapp line.

Extremely disappointed by how Cash Converters handled the cash advance loan agreements during this Covid19 lockdown. Poor communication, threatening to sell clients essential goods and then instructing clients to collect their items at another franchise at the clients cost! Should sue for breach of contract, but I've got better thing to do with my time.....never again and lesson learnt.
