I was a bit disappointed. We were told it's the best Ocean Basket in the area. We went there to celebrate a birthday and sadley the service was not good at all. I didn't really know who the waiter was, we started with a guy (who was clearly NOT in the mood to give some service) and end up with someone else. Who got the tip???
Plates were not removed from the table before the main meal also not during the main meal. The order was not written down and so there was a problem when they brought the food.
We also had to ask for the bill twice. I will not go there again.
The food was good but the service bad.

This is one of the best Ocean Baskets, if not the best in Pretoria. The staff is super friendly, the food is prepared fresh and quickly, not very oily and very flavorful. It's a really lovely Ocean Basket!! Theres a lovely play pen for kids. The only down side is the centre bathroom is not delightful

Has the medium salmon bowl with three pieces of salmon shamini on the side which I cut up and mixed into the salmon bowl with the wasabi and ginger. A top quality dish, fresh, tasty, interesting, filling. Could eat it every day!

We just stopped here to buy takeaways. So we did not get the full dining experience. We ordered the food from the reception counter and then we were seated at a table while we waited. The food did take quite a while to get to us but in the end the fish was still nice and fresh and the vegetables we had with the fish was als good. I would say that the service was at least on par. It was not bad nor was it great but it was only takeaways so i was still happy with the service and all is well if the food was good and it was. So when i go and dine there i will amend my review accordingly.

I come here often with my dad. It is one of the best Ocean Basket's in the country. I have never had a complaint with the food or the service. It is hygienic. It is everything you expect from a good Ocean Basket.

The service and food are always excellent! Thank you for that! One issue of big concern is the kiddies corner! The toys are not clean and I can't let my grandson play with the toys! Even the kiddies chair is everytime dirty! Can you please do something about it? Please use disinfectant and clean it thoroughly!

My first visit to this specific branch of Ocean Basket. The service was fast, friendly and on the dot. Had a great visit with family and the food was good. Worth a visit if you in the area. The price is typical of any Ocean Basket.
