Ordered spring rolls and Mixed Seafood Chow Faan today through the Mr D app.
My spring rolls were BURNT and my meal half eaten with the plastic fork left inside, on top of my rice. I'm so disappointed, I couldn't even eat my meal.

am having a vey pleasant experience. phoned them to order and to ask if they will bring to car as i have virus. no problem said the friendly lady. and also the meal is really excelent value for money in both the portion and the taste

What restaurant in SA still have no generator with all this loadshedding ? Waiting an hour for the smallest order ever.. love this shop, always good and fast service except when it is loadshedding. Then it is an terrible experience ????

Best Thai/Chinese takeout in the area! I won’t go anywhere else. The food is a good quality and quantity for the price you pay. I love their sushi it’s light and fresh, their dumplings and spring rolls are also great!

They also do not take long to prepare your meal.

Yesterday I ordered 2 x T5 --got one serving--and vegetable spring rolls-neither if which were included when we took delivery. Further, I had order rice noodles with prawns and vegetables. The dish when we got home was beyond salty, had 6 strips of green pepper, 3 pieces of spring onion and boiled prawns added. No other vegetables. I had asked and paid for cashew nuts to be added and received a tub of sugar coated cashew nuts---not added to the meal.
I will NOT get food from Ichiban again.
