I placed an order at 11:00 and the ETA was 12:25. I have not gotten my order yet and I called customer care three times using my own airtime, they make me stay on the line for over 15 mins and then hang uo without even helping me. They are not even trying to help. I paid for the order already and its been 1 hour 30 mins with no food.

Food is fresh and delicious, service is excellent. Haven't experienced any problems even when I ordered telephonic, always informing me when my order is ready

Ordered a few items including the 1/4 chicken with side. The 1/4 chicken was as big as a KFC drumstick.... what a rip-off. Overpriced for what you get.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!! I ordered food for delivery @11h44(before lunch), my food arrived at 12h31 (after lunch)... My peri-tato salad had no sauce.

The cashier does not take my order correctly, don't know how many times I had to repeat it and still was not rigt

Would definitely not recommend! After repeating my order twice, the cashier leaves just to call someone else to assist. After not having to repeat my order to the next cashier, I explicitly ask for them to exclude any tomato relish. Surprise, I get home just to find my whole meal smothered in tomato relish...which is actually an allergy in our house. Had to order from anothet take out in order for the family to actually eat!
