Most of the personnel were fantastically mannered.
However, one of the cashiers bluntly ignored me when I looked her in the eye and greeted her, started another conversation with a colleague in her native language, excluding me from any communication.
This was done in front of my son, made me feel unwelcome, but worse, it was kind of belittling to be handled like this in public view, and not a single other employee that saw this - there were about 5 - did anything to rescue the situation.
Maybe more training on a more frequent basis, in handling the public/customers, might help a bit.
