Ouch, from start to finish.
Went in for a soak off only. The liquid was boiling hot and burnt my hands. My nails were filed so rough that my nail beds are red and raw. And as you can see I received a small cut in the process. I was given clear polish without asking for it. Only good thing was that they didn't charge me for it when I said I only asked for a soak off.

If you have tried everything to get your skin to behave and nothing has worked, you have been ripped off and duped, made your skin worse or it worked for a little while before failing, this is the place to be because everything works honest to what it says it will do and the range is fantastic. I have suffered from acne for 9 years and their pore your heart out brushes as well as a few other goodies of theirs have helped dramatically. My only quelm is that you will probably have a major dent in your wallet after getting what you need. Unless, of course, you are well-off.

Thank you Carol and Musa. My experience was so pleasant. Professional and neat nails. Great way to start the weekend. Their attention to detail was out of this world. Cuticles were clean, they did not hurt me once with the file, and worked so softly and neat. Thank you!!!!

I booked an appointment for a brow shape two days in advance. I arrived an hour early only to be told at the time of my appointment that the lady I spoke to telephonically, two days prior didn't book my appointment on their system even though it was confirmed with me telephonically. They were also reluctant to assist me in working around this. I will not be making use of this branch again. This was an utter waste of my time and this is not the first time this has happened.
