Placed an order tonight and 1 item wasn't delivered. I immediately bought it under the attention of the driver who had a look at the slip and said he will go back to the store and he will come back with the item as they never gave it to him. 1 hour later and still no missing item delivery. This, after the full order and a 10% tip was paid.
It's not the 1st time I've received less than satisfactory service, but it was definitely the last!!!

Best best best pizza. I have eaten at a lot of Debonairs but this one knows how to make the best pizza

From the small pizzas to the big ones. They do it good

The cheese ratios are always perfect. The sauce is sometimes a lot. But why not.

I go often so I hope the quality does not drop. And good customer service.

Today I got de wrong order I paid more n got de cheap one. I asked for chicken n mushrooms n i received creamy chicken which is cheaper de disappointment you brought to my kids is unacceptable. Anyway can u kindly pay me de different

You need to order from here at least 3 hours ahead or else you will have a headache and a half waiting for your order to arrive.

Tracking will show slicing and dicing for an hour and calling the store for queries (option 2) does not help as the call does not get answered and the automated response prompts you to use the app for expedited ordering, but there's no 'expedite' button on the app. Is this the cost of free delivery?

Funny enough if you choose option 1: which is dedicated for orders your call is picked up immediately.

You can do better Debonairs.

In my entire life of eating Debonairs. I have never experienced such.. delivery took over 1hr30min. This has being my worst nightmare, appetite ruined. Mxm

I ordered a small triple decker with 1l Sprite I did recieve my Sprite I called the delivery guy and he was rude about it, I also tried calling the store but they didn't answer, later when I was eat the pizza I found a piece of plastic inside. This is unacceptable

Pathetic place. Never waited less than 2hours for a simple delivery. Useless!!
