The doctors and nurses are so dedicated and friendly. I was admitted for 3 days and was amazed by their service and the cleanliness. The best Public Hospital I have ever set foot in. Thank you Pretoria West Hospital Staff, I had a pleasant stay and well looked after.

Worst ever, went there twice in one day. Have stomach ulcer, first time they give me 2 buscopan tablet and send me home not seeing the dr, went back because the buscopan made it more painfull, then they give me 2 panados and said i should come back tomorrow. ????????

SLOW, INCOMPETENT AND UNHELPFUL DOCTORS AND NURSES WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELL-BEING OF THE PATIENTS. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY... YOU'LL SPEND THE WHOLE DAY BEING UNNATTENDED TO. I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS IF I COULD. WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. ????

Two days in a row I had to come here. This is the worst place you can come to if you need medical help.
You'll die while you wait. That's all you will do here. Wait for hours and still no help

The Antenatal Clinic provides the best service ever. The nurses and doctors are committed to delivering the best effective service ever. Imagine being number 50 in line and you already done with your checkup by 12h00. Keep up the good work ????

The worst goverment hospital. I cannot even give it 1 star rating. Doctors never return calls, and the nursing staff way under par. They do not care about the patients, and seems they are only after a salary at the end of the month. No care or compassion whatsoever. PATHETIC to say the least.
