The nurses were really nice but nonsense happened when I was discharged, I was discharged around 12:45 and they told us to wait for medication till 16:00 I even had a very bad backpain waiting for the nurse to come back. My transport driver even left cause it was late I had to go alone imagine in pains

I wouldn't recommend anyone to be admitted here.its the worst hospital on planet earth.i had to b fully dilated to be attended after waiting for hours while in labor waiting to be attended.

From the natural birth ward the service was bad maybe it's because most of the nurses were students. Unfortunately I ended up giving birth via operation and the service from the doctors to the nurses from the operation recovery ward were excellent. I really appreciate all they did for me and my baby the best service ever.

You were appointed to serve the people! Today I assisted someone that was in an accident and the staff at the hospital are terrible! If you want a job for money go and work someplace else. If you work in healthcare take your oath seriously!

The worst service delivery I have ever seen. My relative has been here since around 11am. Was attended at casualty around 15h30. Sent to X rays, waited for more than an hour for X rays to be reviewed. It's 17h17 now and I am still waiting. Surely something needs to be done and urgently so.

My wife wrongly diagnosed. Her diagnosis showed ulcers. She was admitted to hospital. Spent 4 days. Administered a drip. No scans were done. No proper tests done. She was discharged and sent home with medication for a condition she didn't have. Took her to another hospital. They ran test after test scans and revealed it was a urinary tract infection. How can "qualified" personnel diagnose a patient wrongly. The administration of the hospital needs to catch a wake up. You are dealing with people's lives here. Take your job seriously if not leave the profession

Poor service delivery
It's like they were forced to be there I couldn't even walk or seat down but they told me to walk and seat down I went there ka 4:30 ka 22:00 pm I was still not assisted the lady that had my file was even busy on WhatsApp
And they were assisting the whites 1st.I even decided to leave because there was no hope in there.
