The room was absolutely cold tried putting the heater on didn't work. tried getting it fix with very little help. Also paid R350 when I usually pay R300.

It was great the problem is that there was no hot water for showering the windows in the room did not close properly

Bad experienced,please dont go there,unproffesional.I got a not so clean room,cold water in the morning,I had to shower in cold water.Did complain the morning,all they could say,sorry.

The place is very affordable. Staff friendly and always ready to go an extra mile to assist guests. Security is 100% there. Cleanliness and bedding is Okay. Their WiFi services is excellent.

Area of improvement
1. TV must at least play sabc channels
2. Painting of rooms
3. Glass in the room for brushing teeth(Going Green)
All in all I'm happy about the service I received there.

Very dissappointing place unless you're really desperate. You are better off using Airbnb for same price accomodation but with with better service. Rooms have the worst furnishing,including bedding which is very worn out and with stains. Pillows are flat,worn out. Hot water is a problem. Even the shower heads are damaged. The noise from staff at reception is frustrating, even at night. Guests can also get away with making a lot of noise for other guests with no intervention to address such from staff. Totally unprofessional. Like I said, use it if very desperate. I'll never recommend them if you want to be able to sleep soundly or even be able to work from your room.

Poor service from the moment you enter at reception, rude receptionist who refuses to work, beds worn out. No hot water, lack of privacy as employees sit and listen to conversations right on the windows. Bedding has bad smell, no peace and quiet as very same employees make noise throughout the day
