Excellent service provided by Nurse Dorette, she was very helpful and friendly. Dorette made sure that she ordered the baby vaccine for me. while another nurse just told me it's not available try another discem branch.

Your staff are disgusting. Went there this morning a group of Black women stood in a corner laughing and talking at the top of their voices while one cashier was opened..Lines were long but who cares right? Equally they know nothing about products in the store. I asked for something but was told the store does not have it. I found it on the shelf Why employ incompetent people with a bad attitude and bad work ethic. ????

Good pharmacy however seldom answer the phone number provided. The aisle where the tills are, is extremely small and barely big enough for a person to pass with their trolley while another person is paying, this does NOT make a good social distancing practice at all. The hanging candies there makes the space even smaller because while trying to not bump the next customer, you are bumping sweets.

The store is closed even though the trading hours on their door states they should be open. Would’ve appreciated a noticed indicating why they were.

Kind and friendly people
always shop here especially the lady at the Customer service desk Tshepiso she really help me by arranging my baby bag to be courier to Loftus from Surgical dischem. Even the pharmacy staff always helpful I can even email my script to them and they assist.

Was there a week ago and the service I recieved from the pharmacist and the nurse was very much better than any other pharmacy I have ever been to.. you can tell that the pharmacist is very passionate and hands on with her job, such a genuine lady.
