The service from the ladies is amazing, however the quality of the products used was poor!!! I did my nails on Saturday and Sunday morning, one nail was already chipped.
On Monday morning, another nail chipped and everyday thereafter. My nails look like they were done by an amateur with all these chips! The price was honestly not worth this at all

I started going to Sorbet Salon Loftus Park for body wax and iam soooo disappointed.

You expect to be waxed by one lady since it’s a sensitive and private part and obviously you would like to form a good relationship with the person waxing you. But not with this Sorbet, I have waxed with them 4/5 times and I get a different person all the time (they keep resigning). I can’t be touched by different ladies all the time.

It’s high time I change salons. I like the receptionist though, very friendly

The ladies are nice people but I don’t think they are very experienced with doing nails. So I did acrylic and gelish nails and already 10 days later the gel and acrylic is out. My nails look funny like I was doing them at home. When I do at Brooklyn I can last up to two months.
I don’t recommend this sorbet at loftus .

It was just okay. My appointment started later than planned.

They need to procure Gel remover for Biosculpture. Soaking nails in acetone burns your fingers...
