Turn 'n Tender Steakhouse

This is the second turn n tender I've visited in 2 days. Maybe I've been on a meat binge or maybe most good restaurants are meat restaurants lol.

Anyway, this turn and tender is actually two restaurants in one. There is also an Italian restaurant incorporated in here and you recieve two menus when you get here. It is nicely situated in Loftus park, which is a nice small shopping centre to take some time out in. The restaurant is next to an amphitheatre so if you choose to sit outside you might catch a liver performance. It's nice if not a little cramped inside so don't expect too much privacy.

The food as usual from turn and tender is good (at least on the meat side). My dinning companion was very impressed with his medium steak, one of the best he's had. As usual I went for the BBQ ribs, which again we're not too sweet, they're simply the best pork ribs I've had in Gauteng.

Went to Loftus,for the Springboks vrs Wales game.Was strolling around Loftus Park.Decided to have to have lunch,waited in a queue to get into Turn 'n Tender.
After about 15min managed to get a table assisted by a very friendly waiter George.Had a couple of drinks,u0026 ordered a 300grm Sirloin steak u0026 chips.
My fiancé had a hamburger u0026 chips.
The service was quick u0026 efficient.My steak was great juicy u0026 tender.My fiancés hamburger was also good.Turn 'n Tender had a good vibe, was packed.Will definitely be back for another meal.Highly recommended.

We have been here on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Great location, ambiance and food all contribute to a very pleasant dining experience. The food is well prepared and the service staff very professional.

Everything was just great! Amazing food, ambience, and service. I had the Westcliff cocktail which I found very strong for my liking and couldn't finish it. However, this does not take away from the great overall experience!

The food was amazing. Service was both friendly and fast. Nice place to spend an evening out.

Good place but the employees could do better. We were told to clean a table that we wanted to use when we asked an employee to help in cleaning it as we wanted to sit in. Our complain was not taken seriously though and we ended up cleaning that table ourselves. We agreed not to set our foot there any more.

Long tradition here: my first meal at Tu0026T was almost 30 years ago do it was very special to share their 44 year celebration with a R44 Sirloin 300g steak! Thanks guys, expertly presented under HUGE pressure. As can be imagined, the place was jam packed. Hurry if you want to enjoy this special, done and dusted on the 21st May’21.
