I truly appreciate the good customer service, you take time to listen and answer questions. This is not something that happened once but it's been consistent. The shop is clean and thank you that you don't close too early, one gets to get dinner. One doesn't feel forgotten even when it's busy, so thank you RocoMamas Team !

This was not a good experience. I thought it was unnecessary to have chips sold separately from the burgers we ordered. My patty was not fully cooked and the service we got from the guy training the trainees was unpleasant. The trainee was very helpful and served us well! The place itself was clean and the jenga sets placed on certain tables was a good idea.

The service was quick, it's like we sat down for a second and the food was served. Their waiter's were very people friendly, the one who was waiting our table was honestly the best! He was so welcoming and thoughtful. I can't wait for my next trip back and hopefully he will still be there as my waiter.

Friendly staff and chilled environment. I enjoy their burgers and most their milk shake. I will definitely go back.

Super friendly waiter's, proximately 20 minutes waiting time. Menu has a variety of burger's, shakes and desserts. Lovely surroundings nice music. Ideal for a family night out or a friend get together, couple outing.

This was my first experience eating at a Rocomamas. I thought the concept of building your own burger was different and fun. It was not the easiest menu to follow with so many different options, but the waiter did explain how to use it. The food was very delicious. One of the tastiest burgers I've had in a long while. The service was not the quickest considering it was only two of us ordering. I did enjoy the atmosphere which was relaxed. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend anyone try it for something different.
