Really a lovely venue! Set in what feels like the forrest, nature is all around you. It was chilly for us but we got all the blankets u0026 hot water bottles one could ask for. I can just imagine how lovely it would be in summer. The staff are great, the food is good (although way too much - breakfast, lunch u0026 snack are full meals) and our hostess for the day, Princess, was an absolute delight. I will be back!

I think the weather played a role on the day. It has been unpleasantly cold and moving between sessions to various rooms was not ideal. You warm up in front of the fire during treatments only to get cold on the way and during your next session. Perhaps looking at the process and the amenities the establishment can come up with a creative way to solve for this.

One of the best kept conference and event facility I have visited in recent times. Country feel. Clean ablution facilities. Great food and personalized attention. I was enthralled by the positive attitudes of all the employees. They even had a fully trained First Aider (Muzi Ngwenya) who can assist in the even of a health emergency

We visited Ingaadi spa for our wedding anniversary. The place is beautiful and set in a tranquil forest. The massages were good. The bathroom close to the massage room was very untidy. The staff were also a bit unprofessional and seemed as if it was an inconvenience for them to do the treatments (this is nothing against the spa but more the staff). Will recommend that the staff also wash their slippers a bit more often as my husband said that he could smell the therapists feet.

Had a good time here, the spa treatments and the food was awesome. Just one problem the most frequently used bathroom in the restaurant was not frequently cleaned and that made it a bit filthy for my liking. But i would definitely return again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the lovely place just outside Pretoria. Friendly welcoming faces since entering up to leaving the place. Good food. Nice treatments to feel spoiled in warm rooms.
