Apart from housing a haberdashery, this shop has almost everything you need to set up a complete household.
What impressed me was that my wife and I were met at the front door by senior staff and were asked if they could be of any assistance. When we told them what we wanted, they told us who we should see and took us to the right department. They did not have the "cheap" kitchen sink we were looking for but offered to get one. That's service.

This place is huge and well priced. If you can't find what you are looking for, ask those friendly staff. They are amazing.

Staff are few and wide to be found.
We asked the saleslady for an item and she again asked one of the salesmen and he said they sold out, well we walked to the area where the items are kept and found one massive big roll.
Prices since upgrade of store have also increased and they seem rather expensive.
Must be honest the is a young cashier and what a pleasant and friendly young lady. To the owner of manager make sure this lady stays in that position as she is an asset to your Company.
The marked downs in the tent area are too way to pricey. R299.00 for a plastic kiddies bedroom lamp is ridiculous as inside the shop a better quality one at normal price is R249.00.
Sorry Metro but you are going to have to "jack up " your service and review your prices as people are not going to keep on supporting you.

I don't have a problem with Metro Lifestyle Centre as such, but please never ever make use of the referral of Elaine Moodley who apparently renovates kitchen and bathrooms for Metro Customers. I had the worst experience ever. Never make use of Elaine Moodley as she only takes your money and does not care how the work gets done.

This is a great shop with a huge variety of material and fabric available. The service is always very good with sales persons ready to assist in every department. Products are well priced and I saw they are now selling furniture and appliances as well.

Great variety and extremely helpful staff. It's closer than Metro CBD, so I'll be going more often.

A very huge shop, selling different materials/cloth for curtains u0026 clothing.
Also kitchen utensils, fridges stoves ovens microwave u0026 lights.
Nice atmosphere to shop for your home.
