I ordered chicken strips and rice via drive thru but when i get home is chips and strips. I contacted the shop and i was told to bring the food back and the is nothing they can do. At whos expense? I want my money back.
Your service is worse than poor and this is the third time it happens at the same shop. Your employees all the do is talk at the back and not attend the drive thru.

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

I decided to boycott this restaurant some years ago because the food was very bad. Recently I noticed changes in the food; well cooked and palatable. There food is really nice. Could not give 5 star because of the queue. It takes long....

I am really now annoyed honestly because this is my third time I experience this and last time I ask nice the person who gives the food that everything inside is in order she agreed of which was not. Today same thing again my wife said I always say one thing over and over simply because I have experience. Today I ask a lady nice and I even give her benefit of the doubt she laugh. when I arrive home again one item is not inside. Please!!! Management sort this is not nice and starting to get bored. I cannot drive all the way for this service.

Galitos Montana Mr Emmanuel the Manager is simply awesome. I would like to advise the overall community in the surrounding area that the food is great, is inexpensive and the service is simply great!

The drive thru service is very slow and they don't even prepare you to wait. At least give people a hands up.
