So I believed that if I visited a "good" health care center, that I'll receive the "best" service... just to be proven wrong. I was so disappointed, waisted my time and money.
So I'm suffering from excruciating lower back pain, numbness in my legs and pins and needles. I paid a lot of money to see a "specialist". I spent so little as 6 min in his office, he didn't ask me the necessary questions, didn't listen to me, was rude and offended no advice or possibilities of what could be the problem. I informed him that pain killers doesn't work and that I vomited once because of the pain... then he only prescribed me pain killers and nausea pills. Like I said... he didn't listen at all. His diagnosis is COVID of course!!
I called back to complain. The receptionist said that the head of reception would call me back... heard nothing from them since. It was my first time at Health Worx. Client care was very bad. Rude employees. Lack of communication. Too expensive. I believe strongly that theres no care for patients wellbeing and satisfaction.... I have no medical plan. R1020 later and I'm still in great pain with no answers !! Thanks Health worx, now I'm crying and still in pain. Hope you feel very successful.
