Pick n Pay Montana

Worst Pick n Pay in the area. I even made the mistake of going back a second time thinking the first time I was there it was just an off day. Staff are slow and unprofessional, store was dirty. The atmosphere just feels like no one who works there actually cares.

I had to over an hour and half while buying a simple magneto light that are os special because they were saying the one on the shelves aren't on special but could give me the correct one they took forever looking for it while I was wanting but the white people were helped as they got angry and I was just a black lady and refused to be angry because of their incompetence ????, Sydwell and Connie you disappointed me big time

This is a very clean shop, friendly staff and professional. Shelves are always fully stocked and supplies almost anything that you require at home in general.

We bought these at Montana Pick n Pay and the date Clearly says 12 February 2022, but they are already expired. This has happened multiple times where we bought milk and it was expired yet the date is weeks ahead.

Cashiers and Ladies that pack your bags are unprofessional, rude and overall hostile towards you, and the items you purchase will be mishandled and quite literally be thrown in the bags and subsequently thrown into the trolley thereafter. These ladies have not once in the last year ever greeted me back or made eye contact so don't be shocked if they purposley ignore you and start speaking in a different language to each other while glaring at you, evertime I go they do this with no shame while mishandling my purchases best part I have to always guess when it's okay to pay because they refuse to talk to you or look at you and then ontop of everything they get irrated with you if you hand them your pick n pay smart shopper card ?? There are maaany beautiful pick n pays with lovely staff but this is not one them and I will never go back.

This is the farthest of the three Pick n Pays within comfortable range of our home, but it is definitely our preferred place to go for Grocery shopping - and pretty much any kind of shopping. They almost always have specials, so we also end up spending more than we intend to - but it's still always a fun experience! The staff are - usually - friendly, with one or two exceptions. But we've never had problems with freshness, quality, or service. We'll keep shopping here as long as their doors are open!

Our favourite specials are the x amount for R100! Whether it's snacks, chocolates, drinks, cleaning items - it doesn't matter. Most of the time it's nearly impossible to say no to these specials - and we don't regret it one bit!

Okay, we might regret the chocolate a little. But that's what the gym is for!

This store's butchery always stinks to high heaven, we have complained on several occasions but more than a year later its still te same. We bought meat from this store on 3 occasions that we could not eat the meat it was rotten. On thursday again this happened, I phoned the manager and he played opposum ask my slip nr and phone nr ti get back to me but as the 2 instances before no call back no we will replace it nothing they just hope we will go away. Well I'm filing a complaint at the office of health concerns.
