Truly the worst experience of my life. I arrived at 10:35, my file was ready by 11 and at 1pm I started requesting multiple times that they just withdraw the file and let me leave. Then suddenly a Dr emerged from nowhere to see me because I was adamant on having my file withdrawn and leaving. Highly disappointed in their lack of professionalism and consideration for patients. A first and last for me!

I must say ,although very busy in the midst of the 5th wave my son got brilliant care. We spent some time waiting for a bed but the dr and nursing staff was attentive ,caring and every one from reception ,attending dr ,radiology etc was friendly and caring even when you could see that they are extremely busy . Thank you so much...my son has been operated on and safe and almost painfree...as much as you can expect after a fracture. Thank you to all staff ????

Terrible service before and after. There is only one doctor for all emergencies. Also they sent a very vague sms about any outstanding amounts via a sms. They don't want to email any statements, it's very strange to me that in 2021 you can't make a simple invoice out and email it to the person. There are so many free software programs you can use to generate this. The way they expect to communicate with you, you would think they are based in a small place in the middle of nowhere with no internet or technology.

My elderly father waited 6 hours to be attended to. Then a clueless confused Dr told me he had been 'too busy' to examine him but diagnosed a 7 year pre- existing condition that we had told the nurses and other staff about 5 times.. Really poor standard of care.

Standard has dropped so much I feel like looking for another hospital for assistance. Was here Monday 27 November 2017 from 19H00 till just before 23H00 got the most horrible treatment with a sister trying to kick us out of the consulting room after waiting forever to be help. Dr said we can not leave till he gets a urine sample which the nurse forgot to take when she was doing her checks.

Today again my other daughter is sick and have being here since 20H30 and it is now 22H15 and have not being helped.

I stay 2 km from the hospital but these new service is pushing me to look for alternative help. These place has always been my first choice but now these is very low.

If you like the cow experience, this is the place to be. A simple thing like putting in a drip is an impossible task for the nurses. You must see how my wifes hands look like. They don't know how to put a needle in her hand. Her hands are blue. Then there is the dr whom raises their opinion in family maters which has nothing to do with them. The place is dirty, I don't see a difference between their and state hospitals except that you are paying through your teeth and the next morning you still need to get an opinion that is helping to resolve the mater. This is in all aspects the worse place to be. You can ask basically anyone that have been there about their bad experience.

Pathetic service. My daughter of 3 was injured. As i was very traumatized i parked in a area where there was no sign that i can not park there. Dr Rademeyer came in Reception and asked who parked there with a chev utility. I had to go and move my car and he did not even go and park there. I asked him why dont he park there and he said o i talked about this car without any apology. More than an hour later im still waiting for service. The help desk said there's only one wound treatment unit in trauma unit. Pathetic is all i can say. Never again.

I must ad, the medical staff and Dr Jaco was absolutely amazing with my baby. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and manner you treated my baby girl. Management is the only problem.
