Purchased underwear was asked to buy a bag to put the garment in for R5. I obviously said No. What a rip off!! The price of the packet/bag should already be worked into the price of the clothing. Well to my disgust, they actually allowed me to walk out the shop holding the underwear in my hand for all to see, all the way through the mall. Really is this what Midladys think of their products leaving the store. Do they not have any pride in their Name? Shocking

Today I had the best shopping experience at Milady's Menlyn.
The sweetest most helpful Manager who assisted me she was so incredible, patient, and helpful.

This lady deserves recognition, she has incredible sales knowledge, and is there for the customer!

I walked around Menlyn shopping centre for nearly an hour and could not find Miladys!!

Was fine...VEry disappointed...baught for 1429-00...then store had No plastic bags and had the choice to buy a bag for R6-00..i requested another bag...i was given a post bag...i understand that the environment needs to be honored...but I am a customer allready bought clothing..
