Where do I start. We got there, and we're seated up stairs. It took 15 minutes for the waiter to attend us. When he did, he was very welcoming and kind. We ordered. The complementary rolls are quite nice. It took another 20+ minutes for our food to be ready. I had the steak and calamari. Asked the waiter to swap the rump for sirloin. The steak was very dry, and not because I asked it to be medium. It was just too dry. The chips were nice, and the calamari was good. My partner had the seafood pasta. It was very nice but the protein portions are very few. Everything cost R350 including 1 drink each, so you do get value for money.

Not too sure I'd come back.

Went there today for my Birthday, had seafood pasta and my wife had seared salmon, both dishes were excellent, my dish was rich and tasty and the seafood was plentiful. My wife said her salmon was the best she'd had in a long time. The service was very good to, both friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful first time experience. Awesome service from the staff (our waitress specifically) and the Owner/Manager made us feel so welcome. Good food, Great prices. Lovely atmosphere and ambiance. Customer service was priority in my experience at this restaurant. Thank you.

This is a restaurant retreat. Being here is like being on vacation. It has a relaxed and calm atmosphere with an amazing feel of comfort and luxury without needing all the fancy trimmings. The service from the staff was professional and friendly and the food was wonderful. I loved the spinach side but admit the vegetables side was not appealing.

Being a person who loves to go out for meals and being a person who loves good prepared food I was very disappointed. I had the steak and it was very tough and I had more fat than meat on my plate. My wife had the pork belly and calamari and it was soaked in gravy. The only reason I will go back is for the good service we received from Alice our waitress. If I go back I will only go for some drinks and not the food.
