Ordered a strawberry cheesecake via Mr D. The cake has mould on it.
Have the pictures to prove it.
Disgusting, will not support this store again.

You’d be better off sitting in the drive thru line than to order food inside the store. The slowest service ever!

Expectation VS Reality

Went to the drive through this evening to get a Smarties McFlurry only to be greeted by a watered down, bubbly mess. It looked terrible as apposed to what it should look like and it was heavily watered down that it had bubbles on the edges. This McDonald's has really been slacking on their service and the way their food tastes in the past few months. Officially over this branch. This was just disgusting.

Pathetic service. The staff pays zero attention to what it is they are doing. If the order is not wrong then something is missing from it. With the kind of apathy they have towards service, you'd swear they are doing the customers a favour.

They will ask you to go park in the front Drive thru - so they can meet the “delivery” standard.

The staff have dropped the McDonald standard as how it should be… if they still want a job - do it by not talking too much nonsense!

Most awful experience ever. The chips was tasteless and so oily. You could see the oil droplets on the insite of the carton box. The oil dripped onto the bag, and made oil stains on my jacket! Had to go back as they didn't provide us with straws or tomato sauce. Service was very slow. What a gross experience!!!

Customer service is key. Thank you Thato (drive thru) for making sure that our order is rectified. You are the first person that we interacted with, who was polite and not defensive like the others. Please school your colleagues as well about listening attentively to customers and offer assistance the best way they can in order to conclude a sale.
