Love Seattle Coffee ☕️. Mocha Freeze is really tasty on a hot day. Had good service from this branch.

The butterscotch latte was good but a bit too sweet. It could be due to the fact that I have stopped consuming sugar directly. The brownie was good too! I like the idea of having an outdoor shop setting, but in this case it's looking into a parking lot? The seated view is not so attractive unfortunately...

Worst customer service in the world. We arrived at the shop, all 3 the staff members were sitting at a table chatting. We waited till one of them eventually got up. She then went on to chat to her friend and got her a glass of cold water with ice before taking our order. Zero care for customer happiness. Zero willingness to provide a service. I am a big fan of Seattle coffee, but I will not support this branch again.

Been there a couple of times, but today was the last!

Staff hygiene not great, dirty uniforms. The ceiling is falling apart, wall paper coming off. Everything is dirty, didn't dare to go sit on the chairs. Flies everywhere, boxes dumped in every corner. No, not coming close to Seattle standards.

Apart from that, the coffee was terrible. Never again!!

Quick friendly service always with a smile. You can adapt your drink to your liking. Definitely a requirement for a regular visitor to get your coffee the way you want.
