Great morning relaxing and calm. Just what was needed after a heavy night.
The staff was very helpful and service was fast and friendly.
Food was the usual expected Spur standard and taste like only the Spur can produce. That special grilled taste of the bacon and eggs was what we wanted and got.

Once again we looked after by Sarah. She is huge asset to this Spur.

Somehow we always end up at Spur-with or without kids. The food here is always of great standard. Also got great service- they changed the music to suit the audience, much appreciated.

We enjoyed a pensioners dinner that was absolutely superb. We loved every bite. Rue, our waitress was friendly and helpful and with a little humour made us feel really welcome. Keep it up! This was a most enjoyable experience and the food was better than other Spurs where we have been.

My favorite spur in Pretoria East. Ntsadi was our waitress and was quick, efficient and very friendly!! Overall a great experience.

This is the worst spur ive been, every time we go there we always receive the worse services. it has been more than three times i go there and the service never gets better, i have even stopped tipping. it is mostly the guy waiters, they look disinterested in helping you. Today this one did not even ask me what I need to order or if he can give me few minutes. and he was busy going by ignoring me, his not the only one most of the guy waiters are not friendly or useful at all. at first i though maybe it could be me, i appeared unfriendly and mean, and i always practice kindness towards anyone. i have been giving this spur a benefit of a doubt for number of times, today i have finally stopped. there are customers of color who always get the best services and by that i don't want to assume anything or imply anything but the services is not equal. with that i will never visit or advice anyone to visit you guys.

Great food, ambience and awesome service all around. Clearly the team is on the ball with service available even when you just “think” it. Well done. Sisipho made sure we were well taken care off throughout our time. We were not just another table to serve.
Leadership is present and also engaged in service excellence.
Good quality is great. Prices are a bit steep but market related. The overall Spur experience is a lovely one.

We were really looking forward to a great Spur breakfast, but were disappointed. The egg and the bacon were so buried under onion rings and sauce that they were completely invisible, the onion rings were soggy instead of crisp, same for the bacon, and the coffee tasted like yesterday's instant instead of today's fresh filter coffee. However the service was good, fast and friendly.
