The Heat Grill Room has a elegant ambience, the layout doesn't feel too crowded. We were greeted and seated immediately upon arrival. The service staff were professional and attentive. The chess garlic bread had a cheesy taste and could use a bit more of a garlic taste, The wagyu Burger had a soft butter taste and the Peri-Peri Chicken was perfectly spiced, juicy and tender. Looking forward to sampling the other menu items available.

Good service...lovely food but flavour profile didn't go so well for the pork and surf meal...something about the sauce. Food there is generally great and the atmosphere classy and pristine. Staff makes the place all the better.

Very classy restaurant with good atmosphere. Waiters neat and fast. Food very, very delicious. Our waiter, Jubelee, very friendly and quick with delivery.

Very nice and romantic with very friendly staff and affordable prices. Took my wife for 20year anniversary and upon request of the bill the waiter brought us complimentary kisses for dessert.

We had lunch at Heat Grill Room today. Lovely interior deign and ambience. The service is good. The portion sizes are adequate for the rates. We had calamari startes - delicious but not warm enough. The lamb shank was tender and moist but not very tasty. The lamb curry was good - a big portion , tender meat but bland taste. The deserts were disappointing and nothing like the descriptions on the menu. I sent my nutty caramel back and they gave me a crème brûlée instead - it was better but still not great. The ladies/rest rooms are in a bad state and needs cleaning.

A total ripoff! They give you one tea bag. 1 No water no bread..., although the portion sizes were quite generous. The seafood curry I ordered was more chicken than anything else, literally nothing else. It wasn't even hot curry...very underwhelming. The Melva pudding was store bought and covered in ice cold store bought box ultramel custard. Eew even though the menu stated homemade custard.

Worst thing about amazing date, was the food. Lame... don't waste your time or your money. Sies man.

We were very excited to come and eat at Heat for my sister's birthday... But were left disappointed.
Service was not great, our waitress did not seem like she wanted to be there.
The food was just mediocre, one of the orders was wrong and took awhile to get back to the table. Which made the steak over cooked.
We constantly had to look for our waitress considering the restaurant was not busy.
The crumbed mushroom tapas was certainly not button mushrooms as per the menu description. And the whiskey Don Pedro came minus the whiskey, we had to send it back.
We felt very let down as Heat came very highly recommended. We felt it was overrated and overpriced.
