The staff were so amazing, absolutely friendly and helpful, the station was absolutely spotless, I love the fact that there is a McDonald's right next door ????. It's absolutely safe and I will recommend anyone to make use of the gautrain services.

The trains are safe. There are always security on the platforms to ensure safety. In addition, there are security in the cabins to ensure safety. The trains are fast and always in time. It used about 30 minutes from OR Tambo to the Pretoria station. There are constant announcements regarding destinations this it will be difficult to miss where you're going. The seats are nice and comfortable, train is also silent. You may hear the sound.

There were no queues, buses were waiting to pick up. There was no overloading, safety is the business's concern and yes it's very safe in all train stations.

Gautrain is by far the best train, clean and convenient ???????? My only issue is the Gaubus drivers, almost every bus I have been on is extremely fast ????

The station, wonderful but can we make arrangements to AF least provide security for Uber drivers or something? Because in order to catch one you have to travel at least 3 kilometers just to get to a safe zone and even in doing that you yourself might get mugged it's baffling so for that I deem it unsafe because even getting back drivers cannot enter into the station and as much as I love using the gaubus I would like some options... Looks beautiful though
