This could be a central place where people come to enjoy the winter sun and enjoy lunch. However it is barricaded with a security fence topped with razor wire. Pity. These are the streets around it so probably just as well.

Historical site and gallery, opposite Tshwane City Hall. Nice place to chill and hang with friends or alone, play some games even run some laps to keep fit. The place is green and has that "park" feel. Lots of space to sit.
No artist performances nor parties held here

What I call the center of Pretoria. It's in a the perfect stop to watch the city while chilling under a tree surrounded by green grass, water, statues and old buildings that hold the city's history and heritage. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice place to chill. Free Tswhane Wi-Fi bit I feel the City of Tshwane should do more to clean the place. But so far it's pretty ok. There statues nice place to Jog in the mornings etc.

It's a peaceful monumental place, if you don't mind the pigeons and skateboarders during the afternoon, but a lot quiet later during the day.

It's offers nice views with the water fountains, the gardens and kinds playing around. My personal favourite is that there is free Tshwane WiFi.
