Amazing food. Even though its not necessarily a kiddie friendly place staff was accomadating they even had high chairs. Service could be a bit faster

The atmosphere is warm, the food exceptionally good and the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable - great place to go for anything from a business meeting to a casual outing with the family and a hot date.

A nice dining experience with the family. Good location. Lots of parking. Average "food-court" atmosphere at the time, something was missing. Music? Chatter? Aroma? Food was typically PRIMI. View of the parking lot, not great. Large dining area with a smoking area and bar to match. Worth a visit if this is your scenes.

Great food and excelent waiter service!! Entering the door we as a family were greated with smiles, while being serviced talking us through the menu options and food decisions. Overall just the best dinner evening out in a long time for us. A special shoutout to our waiter Thamie, for his exceptional good service and passion to assist!! Well done????

Service was great as was the pasta!! Thanks!
....but my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter had to walk through the smoking section to go to the toilets! This is reason enough for me not to vist them again.

Their pasta and pizza is always the best for me, the waiter's are friendly. Now with lockdown you can't get ahold of them when you want to order for collection, the number doesn't work.

Where shall I start.
1. A drink order was swapped out for a different one. when the waiter was taking it down and he did not remove it, brought it to the table and asked us to still pay for it, funny enough, it was a closed can of Coke Zero.
2. The waiter proceeded in attempting to make us the starter bread mixture, thereafter having everything touch is hands on the way down to the saucer.
3. I personally ordered a 400g steak special with a chips and pepper sauce for R150, Medium Rare. Cutting from the outside it was well done hard like a rock and tasteless. As I went further in it was getting more rare and I thought it would be fine.. THENu003eu003eu003e it was raw... totally RAW! So I called the manager and I asked him, if this steak was frozen previously and he was reluctant to answer and then eventually said "yes and we leave to thore from the morning" .. DAM, the shock that they are giving patrons things that have been frozen for god knows how long.. nothing more to say on this.(Rectified - Not charged for this meal)
4. Another person from our table had been brought the incorrect Pizza, waiter says the person brought another persons order, haha funny thing is him coming back and admitting the mess up and they will bring the correct one shortly.
5. Another person got the wrong pasta... New one had to be made for him as well.
6. Extra item added to the bill, the sauce that was in the steak special. (Rectified)
