Waited 2:21 for a sandwich. The 'driver' that delivered told me she is one of the kitchen staff and they should have phoned me to tell me that they don't have a driver available. She said the sandwich was only just made and handed to her when I called the first time, 1:10 after the order was made. Manager Jolene lied by telling me that the 'driver was still out on delivery and that it was his last stop' I took the sandwich for fear of losing money as when I said I would rather have a refund since 4pm is no longer lunchtime and I had since ordered MrD, she told me to 'give it 5 minutes'. She then called me to say the 'driver is in your building', another lie. Constantly disappointed since they moved my area to Menlyn branch and this was my last order. I was under the impression that my order was in transit for over 2 hours, in itself not acceptable, only to be told that due to lies and lack of communication, my order had been squeezed at the very end of the day to be delivered by someone who's job it is not. Have more pride in what you do Jolene.
