In 12 years of buying a car this by far was the worst experience I ever had. They are only interested in making a sale and earning commission. You neither feel valued nor appreciated as a customer. They insist on bank funds cleared in account , bank approval not good enough. Tried to sell me a defective vehicle and blamed the manufacturer for not repairing gearbox properly but they collected it and drove it and still tried to pass it onto me!!!!!! If you complain, you are reminded you are buying cheap and way below retail value. If you want peace of mind, look elsewhere. Their finance clerk insists on in house finance only and tries to sell you a warranty, quoting the CPA even though your vehicle is under factory warranty!!!! I was asked to prove the car I was buying from THEM had an existing warranty!!??? The car had one free service that could be used in 30 days of expiry. It didn't concern them , I found it out and asked for it. If you want peace of mind and good service, STAY AWAY!

Would be one star if it wasn't for the great service I got from my salesman and the fu0026i that assisted the deal.

Purchased the vehicle with a large deport and the rest was financed. Due to the financing I had to take a warranty. Which is understandable.

I was then told that if I modify the vehicle in any way that would effect performance the warranty would be voided.

Was told the vehicle is stock. Soon after finalizing the deal and going on my way (around 4pm) we discovered the vehicle was not stock. First thing the next morning I called them and notified them about the modifications.

I do not know what modifications are on this vehicle and therefore my insurance could be a huge issue of something happens. I do not know if my warranty is still valid. This matter was apparently forwarded to a manager nearly two weeks ago, I still haven't heard a word.

Not even worth a one star, but 0 star is not an option. My Father purchased a vehicle from them in October 2019 paid cash. They gave him his invoice and papers to sign with all their rules and told him they will send him an sms when the signed of papers are ready and it doesn't take longer than 2 weeks. After 2 week still no papers was available and this became a month. Long story short 5 months and many fights later we still don't have papers of the vehicle. When we email or phone we don't get answers or a status update. Becareful of them and the lesson is always ask to see the papers of the vehicle you want to buy from them before you pay because clearly they sell vehicles without dealer stocking them first.

Really great place to visit. Just make sure you don't buy a damaged car because remember that the cars were sold for a reason. Makes sure you get the service history of the car so you can see if something happened. I loved the people that work their and they really make sure you get good values. You can also test drive the cars if you want

Massive amount of cars to choose from, with great deals if you know where to look. Salespersons are very friendly and helpful. They offer finacial assistance and warranty packages on retail prices. It is however your responsibility as the customer to do your research on the type of car available for your price range. Don't let your desire for a bigger smarter car over rule the quality of a reliable smaller car, which would let you do probably more than 200 000km as is. There are nice cars for pretty cheap but don't try fooling yourself and say there wouldn't be anything wrong with it. Don't blame the places and other people for your lack of doing a bit of research and making a well informed decision.

Relatively decent car sales business. they have a high turnover and sell many cars, meaning they offer very good prices. They have a good website with a good link between whats available on their website and which branch you can physically go to when wanting to see the actual cars you've been shopping for. I liked it overall as a business that sells cars
