The service is average, but you will wait for the order. I order waffles and a vegan burger. Waited for 45mins plus. I wish they told us you pay the door when leaving ... the food is good. The vegan burger is really good. The size of the bun can be increased.

A nice vibe, and the staff are always wonderful. A smile with a greeting always helps any occasion, and puts a spring I'm everyone's step. I've been back 3 times over the last month, for the same dish. EXCEPTIONAL!, ...and definitely the best soup I have EVER HAD. The chef knows her stuff, and passed on my compliments.

Food was delicious but potion size is too small. Enjoyble experience and highly recommend the beverages. Wheelchair friendly and easy accessible. Friendly staff.

The staff that served me today was so friendly and helpful! The manager (I think) recommended the red pepper and corn salad to me - it was divine. While lunching, I watched as she effortlessly convinced passers-by to buy cheesecake, seizing a sale opportunity.
And my waitress (Moreblessings I believe was her name) offered such kind and attentive service and went out of her way, even though she could probably tell I wasn’t going to spend lots of money on a big meal.

The service is super slow and the food is not that great. Very different standard from other Woolworths cafe’s.

Seems like they had a bad morning on the day I went. Waited very long to get into the empty cafe. Then waited too long to get the order placed. Meals took for ever. Waitress came back 3 times to check what we ordered. They had no apples to make the smoothie on the menu.another gentleman walked out because his food took too long. Very unprofessional Woolies Cafe. Seems there’s some some training needed for the staff. I was there 11:00am on the 31st of January.

I thought I would try their coffee and was deeply disappointed. Ordered a Tall Cappuccino and it was so milky and weak I threw it out. Did not even taste like coffee
