If you haven’t yet tried ClubPaddle at Pirates, you have go give it a go. It’s a great way to spend an afternoon and the facilities are unbelievable.

Pirates East is the side of the club that has the tennis courts, bowls greens and a restaurant called the Green Room.
The bar on this side of the club is a very nice, old school kind of bar. The bowls guys are always very welcoming of anyone coming there and are always glad to have a beer with anyone who arrives there.
If you do end up here during the day it's very likely that one of the bowls members will invite you for a game.
The bar does have screens to show sports that's playing and is a great place to watch rugby if you want a more calm place to watch from the main club, but still have a great vibe.

Great hidden gem. The chef and staff are great and the venue is a blank canvas for your next function.
