This Checkers is quite good and managed very well. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They've been constantly improving their overall service. Their bakery is excellent and they have the freshest seafood cutlets.

They still lose a few points for their deli which needs to make sure that the cooked food is always served fresh everyday and how they manage leftovers.

I'm a big fan of Checkers and their new shops. This store is however not one of their best when it comes to proactive management. I have to say that the cashiers are friendly enough, it is just those time when you are asking for something that is not stocked in the racks that you have to wait, and wait, and...

I found Checkers Allen Nek service very poor. The lady named Sheron Mbekwa was helping me tonight and decided since it's almost time to close she would just pack all my groceries in one packet, toiletries, fresh produce and meat all in one packet. She then decided to close the till behind me and send all the customers to another till saying she wants to cash up while her colleagues must continue working. She was complaining and annoyed with the queue. This is really unprofessional.

Definitely deserves a visit especially if you want a good cup of Coffee and a quick bite to eat whilst shopping and Builders Warehouse or Checkers

The meat in this store does not meet up to the standard in other local stores. Fresh goods are great quality.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Staff are really friendly and the pancakes on a Sunday morning are amazing
