Even though it's a great store and has a great variety of products, they aren't very helpful with getting simple things cut, I don't own an electrical or construction business, so I generally go there with my own personal standard size vehicle.
They weren't willing to cut electrical PVC pipes to 1m lengths for me, will hardly take them 10 minutes. Guys are rude at times, and feels like an effort if you ask them for any assistance. Management should either train their staff to be customer orientated or actually check if they are hiring people with people skills.

Terrible experience collecting an online order this afternoon. The coldest welcome should’ve been a hint of what’s to come when I patiently waited for the lady at info to finish her lovely chat on the phone only for her to put the phone down, give me a blank stare and walk off without acknowledging me. After finally getting to collections, no one knows where the parcel is, and I’m told that they don’t know what happened to my order. One of the guys disappears for close to an hour after promising to source all the items that I initially ordered. Definitely not returning to this particular store as the service is pathetic and the workers lack basic manners.

Builders warehouse Clearwater use to be full of willing staff, that assist you around every corner, now, the staff cannot wait to go sit on their cellphones and you end up looking for service for hours.

Secondly builders warehouse procurement use to be able to order stock before it runs out, now theey merely tell you there is no stock.

Such a different low standard service.

The staff don't greet,
The staff don't wear name badges.
The staff don't serve customers.
The staff are complacent.

For such a big establishment, one would think prices would be competitive, however, it is more like let's see whether we can do a 1000% markup and f the public over.

The Management clearly cannot manage. And greed clearly has gotten hold of the Managing directors.

What shocking service. Staff is too busy on their computer or helping other staff to even acknowledge you are there. Luckily Chamberlains is opposite you. They are far more willing to help their customer. After years of supporting Buiders Warehouse I will no longer bother. Really sad as they were absolutely brilliant in the beginning.

Went to buy more WiFi smart bulbs. They are awesome and work without hassle. This Builders was not that busy and that made me happy, so no waiting in queues, the shop is clean. I gave 3 stars because even though almost everything was great the one problem was trying to find someone to assist in finding a specific item, then once I found someone they sent me to the wrong area, only when I asked the third person I found did they actually take me to the item I was looking for.

Wasn't directed timeously to returns, laborious process - complete waste of my time! I didn't have the card that I'd purchased with (we're having a problem with it), they refused to give me vouchers instead!! Every other store I've ever been to, willingly give me vouchers.
Their loss, once I get my refund, I certainly won't spend it at Builders!!

If I wanted yo serve myself, I would have stayed home. Really shocking. Bad quality goods, staff that were more interested in chatting to each other than serving the customer. Unfortunately I have to go back to return defective goods. More time, more petrol, more time. Not at all umpressed.
