I enjoy been at this restaurant, the staff is awesome and always serves with a smile. The food is always fresh and the place is beautiful I like the ship container design.

Been coming to this so called head office store , which should be tops for 2 years now. Every second day. We now have noticed how they try save money and jeopardize the loss of clients like us. Last night again . You ask for butter they give u margarine because it's cheaper . The food comes always cold, it should take 9min it took 20min last night as sit in. The ice machine has been broken for 1 week , no ice. One waiter running her self crazy because they refuse to get more staff, so they are running with the least possible. We can see this and how they are trying to save money. They don't care for the client , we can see this a mile away, and been a food critic I score 2 out of 10. Always excuses about everything u ask. You now have lost a client. We went to day to nandos opposite the flora clinic. Amazing. This is our new place now. Enjoy the bad service and the cheap skate.

I order at 14:02 and 47 min later our food had yet to arrive. Told our order didn't appear on screen. 2 is for how fast the waiter assisted us.

My cousin brought me for a vegetarian pole bowl. Was such a delicious spoil... for someone who cannot eat much in terms of take out because of my strict cancer diet, Nandos really surprised me. Was really delicious, flavourful and filling!

Stuff is very rude , first time I ordered via drive through and I waited so long for my food with no one by the window communicating with me on what's happening with my order. Second time I ordered inside and there was no one to assist by the till. The staff just looked at me when I asked who is gonna help me. Luckily one guy attended my order and ensured that it was processed timeously

Great meat. The chips were cold and the service was good. I don't like how the person serving works alone because he doesn't even have time to refill the salt and spice. He clears tables alone and serves tables alone. Including the cleaning. But the meat is good

We ordered wraps via Mr D. The food was excellent! Lots of tender chicken, they were very generous with halloumi we ordered as extra. Will definitely be ordering from this Nando's again.
