Staff are pleasant, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is laid out in an organized manner without feeling claustrophobic. The range of products available is big and the prices are good, especially when compared with other hardware stores. I don't live in the area but I make the time to shop here.

Exceptional service from Deon and his boss(?) in the paint department. I never realized it was closing time but they mixed a tin of paint for me. And then I left my phone on the desk. The other gent asked me to open the phone, which I did, and gave it to me. Great stuff.
In fact my impression is that all the staff are willing to help you.
I like shopping there. So yeah.

Excellent service! Friendly and helpful. Ample secure parking with wheelchair access. Check out their gardening section for great spring deals. Extra points for the store management that are hands-on and in touch with their customers. Great job guys.

Very Organized, excellent service. You get personal attention. I was stranded when I went there looking for a non standard pipe fittings, on a Sunday nogal. I couldn't find it anywhere. They built an alternative from scratch. The cost was way less than what I expected. A perfect fit when I installed it back home. Guys, your service made a dent. I will go back there ANYTIME ????????????

I find this store much easier to navigate, than the other hardware stores. The staff are extremely helpful especially when you call in for prices no delays, no being put on hold, straight to the point. I got assistance quick and fast for an aluminium window I bought today. Thought prices are a little higher than Builders, i keep coming back here because of the friendly efficient staff

It is such a pleasure walking into this shop. Customer service is extraordinary, the vibe is excellent. The display is user friendly as well. We enjoy the coffee shop every time we visit. Always a great outing.
