The team at this branch is super great!!! I experienced fantastic service. They were very helpful and professional. They called me "ma'am" ???? Lolz. I was rushed for time and Nikki saved me and swiftly took me through the wide range of comfortable sneakers suitable for retail work. Kyle was friendly and efficient at the till. It felt like home, i ddnt wanna leave. Good Job guys. Thank you for your service.

I had an order for an event and needed 14 pairs of a specific clout and style of tekkie. The salesman Kyle's, showed me all styles and we found the perfect combination. After that, the manager was in constant contact with me to let me know where the order was and when I could collect. Super super staff at the shop. If I could I would have given them10 stars!!!!. Well done guys. Thank you!

Clanton was awesome, I needed takkies, but I am on a budget. He was friendly and engaging, asked my size and went around the entire store searching for something in my size that I could afford. I didn’t feel uncomfortable bc I didn’t have that much to spend, he made me feel well taken care of. So glad I went in there today, so glad I met Clanton (and the team..) I’ll be back…again and again. Thank you x

Had the most amazing shopping experience at footgear Clearwater. Best customer service ever from Nikki! She is amazing and All about the customer and product satisfaction. Nikki provides the type of customer service we got years ago..and not ONE other store we visit provides such service anymore. Wld go so far as to say Nikki is management material..but it wld be a huge loss to everyday customers like ourselves if she was not there to serve us!
