Zimmer Biomet SA provided worn and old tools to my surgeon to remove metalwork from my leg, as per email received from my orthopedic surgeon. Hence I could not have the procedure completed as agreed. Very upsetting. No apology from this company. Typical big Pharma.

I went to the local hardware store and bought a R99 Hex key set that would have worked.
