This thing of two single beds being called a double bed is a scam. Kettle was dirty. Curtains don't have lace. No microwave. No plates or cutlery. This place is kak. Never coming here again. To think this is a sister company of the great Royal Marang ????

Stayed there 15 - 17 April and the service there was horrible.
1. The rooms were so stuffy, like they hadn't been cleaned it aired in ages.
2. The pool was dirty, full of leaves and the receptionist said she didn't know when the pool guy would come in to clean it.
3. The rooms don't have basic stuff you would expect to find at a self catering place such as microwave, plates or cutlery.
4. Our rooms weren't cleaned after the 1st night and the receptionist said I was supposed to leave the keys at reception for them to clean which was never mentioned to me upon check-in.
5. The main number used for the lodge rings at a different hotel and they give out a cellphone number which gets switched off at 4pm when the receptionist knocks off, no other way of getting in touch with the lodge staff after hours.
6. The staff there is just plain rude.

Ananda its fine and nice quite place i can visit there again just that they need to clean theire room always not when they only have visitors

The staff there is extremely rude and I hate that they don't have name tags I would've liked to call out the lady who mistreated us. Pool was dirty, you could never survive a day visit there it's so dull. I regret visiting that place

The lodge is beautiful. Great yard and facilities that were available. The receptionists were helpful and really kind. I enjoyed a portion of my stay there. The room are very big and spacious but there were bugs on the beds, which is understandable because the roof is thetched and obviously no ceilings.
Breakfast was the worst. There was hardly and food left and i went there at 9. There was no juice as well, just the normal tea and coffee, not all tables were set had complete cutlery. I was disappointed. The breakfast was also very limited and not a vast choice to at least have a satisfactory meal was there, even if their buffet was replenished.

They hosted us as Jeeper #PlatinumCartel. The service was out of this world. If you want freedom and peace with the assistance of the lovely staff Bra Napoleon, Ausi Mpho, Ausi Keitumetse and Ausi Pearl Ananda is your place. It will be our annual venue...
