Although the service was good, they did not have any buns in stock so we couldn't order burgers and had to settle for chicken pieces instead.

I hate that I cannot give NEGATIVE stars. The staff was amazing, honestly. But I got zinger wings and was hospitalized after my husband found me unconscious in the bathroom.
The food gave me salmonella.
I am visiting for a short time from out of the country and have missed an entire WEEK of activities because I cannot leave my room. I am horrified over the whole affair and I will NEVER eat chicken (or likely any meat) again because of how terrifyingly sick this made me.

Little Switzerland is a beautiful, peacefull resort, surrounded with mountains. Lovely birdlife. Horse riding was enjoyable. We played put-put and enjoyed the restaurant. Our grandchildren enjoyed the kiddies playroom everyday.

Quality of the chicken is not the greatest. Cosidering that the area is surrounded by a lot of farms, why not find a good chicken supplier locally to get the best product to your customers. Just food for thought...

waited almost 20 minutes for my food, after asking what was going on they havent even prepared any of the items i orderd. very dissapointed in the fact that this isnt the first time

Disappointed, absolutely horrible service. This evening we went through the drive through just to see that no one was ready to assist any customers. We decided to go in but found that everyone of the staff members were chatting at the back. Five minutes after standing alone in the store someone came to take our order after we asked her to. This was at 20:25. I was told that we'd wait 12 minutes.

After a while someone called me to tell me that they only have 4 zinger wings. I asked her what we'll do about the matter to which se replied that she'll speak to her manager. I assume the manager said nothing since I got no response and only found out half an our later that they gave me one original piece of chicken for the 4 zinger wings.

The food wasn't even packed in their original packaging. Three different orders randomly put into the bag given to me while ice cold by the time I received it.

Please note, most of the staff weren't working. There were only 3 clients in the 40 minutes that we waited. I honestly cannot believe this store is still up and running after service like this.
