Shocking standard of equipment, barely a single usable barbell, and even then the it doesn't fit on the rack.

Needs better equipment. Machines are all ancient and some are left broken just sitting on the training floor with no purpose.

Please do not join this gym go check the average rating on Helo Peter and the gym with the rudest staff ever. I canceled my gym mem3bership within a2 weeks .

Enjoy to be back however they can spend some money on decent maintenance repairs perfect layout and sad to see maintenance pulling them down

I am honestly very happy with this Virgin Active. Everyone is always willing to help and is very clean. The pool is also great, very clean and always have the perfect temperature. The only thing why it is not a 5 star. There is most of the times things wrong with the system and do not have yoga classes.

Great group of people and friendly place to go. However there are a few minor things that can be fixed to improve the experience.

1) Broken clocking system for club V for the kids. You need to spend a long time filling in forms each time. It's been like this for weeks with no plan date of repair.
2) Unmaintained squash courts. In some areas, the squash courts have uneven walls and require touch-up repairs.
3) Broken equipment, not all the treadmills are working, the row machine display is broken, and most tv channels don't work on the cycles and treadmills.

The place used to be much worse and is slowly getting better.
