Drive thru experience was terrible. It took 45 minutes around 6pm today(Monday) to get two Burgers one French fries and two coffees. No where closer to the McDonald's international standards. Usually the drive thru should be with in 10-15 minutes. This is the worst drive thru experience we had in our life. And they first handed in a wrong order. What is most frustrating was that when inquired for reasons for such a delay from the collection window, the attendant ignored us just saying " that side is slow". These are not the standards we expect from McDonald's. Our invoice no. 2011 of the restaurant no. 1970110.

This Mac Donald’s is literally dropping the bar for others. Always when I come here, there are no serviettes and ketchups added to my order. Always have to eat dry chips. Even when ordering spicy macfeast… the source is always out of stock or you get a 0.2 percent of it…. This is the second time I’m experiencing it…. No change your ways

I get it.most days this place is extremely busy. But this doesn’t make up for food that seemed to be standing long. Worst Mac ds experience I’ve had. Then it doesn’t make it any better when they call out numbers and you go to check and they don’t even say hello they laugh at each other and put food in front of you bad bad prep to have… shame I remember when Mac ds use to be fresh and the staff were friendly..

I loved how my order didn't take long but my burger had a slightly shrinked beef patty as well as big chunky lettuce pieces. The wheelchair ♿ bathroom does need a bit of attention cz there was an unpleasant drain smell and the toilet could be cleaner.

(McDonald's at waterfall mall, Rustenburg) - I was patiently waiting on the drive through, only to find out that there's no chicken foldover. It would've been better if they asked someone to inform customers about it, some of us hate to wait on the queue for nothing.
