BB consistently offers a wonderful array of book selections at lower than average prices. They have a wide range and the staff is always super friendly. This branch also had a decent selection of African and African Diaspora authors which I absolutely love.

Customer service awesome, we ordered a book, it arrived earlier than promised and they phoned to advise and then followed up when i didn't collect and kept it for me despite someone else wanting the same book! Friendly staff and very knowledgeable!

I was so disappointed by this place... I hate giving a bad review but this needs mentioning. Someone was watching a tv show or maybe a movie in the staff office located in the back of the store, at top volume, and it sounded like a kiddies show playing. It was so loud you could hear it in the front of the store. On top of this members of staff see no problem shouting at each other across the store, over the heads of customers. This used to be a great store. So sorry to do this. But wow... what a let down.
