If I couldgive no stars I would. Considering the cost of KFC and just food in general you'd think you'd actually be getting decent food. Not at this kfc. Received a burger with literally just a patty on it and a burger with what looks like a frikken chicken strip. Disgusted doesn't even begin to describe it. Would not set a foot near this KFC if I were you. Photos for reference. Super super disappointed.

The KFC is situated conveniently situated just off William Nicol in Fourways, at Fourways Crossing Shopping Centre, close to Fourways Mall. It is a bit "hidden" once you entered the parking area. I have visited a few times and the service is efficient, yet it gets delayed due to the many Mr D orders. So KFC can do something to speed up things for dine in customers. Even the delivery queue was slow. The chicken was always fresh. I wanted pap, so ordered two x streetwise 3 which comes with either pap or chips. Two filling meals for R100. Good value for money, although KFC prices are going up faster than their service. There is an upstairs dining in area, the toilets are clean and often checked. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful.

Went through the empty drive through at 10:25 yesterday, told the lady I was still deciding. She told me to drive through to the next window where she then tells me that I can't take more than a minute to decide what I want and if I was still going to take more time I must park to the side till I'm ready. I would understand this if the store or the drive through was busy but It was not! I was the only car there!

Tonight my car broke down in the drive-thru. To say that I panicked would be an understatement. I asked for help at the window and Florence and Joel came out running and without any hesitation they helped push my car all the way to the parking lot. They were so friendly doing it!
When going inside later to get their names Sbongile was super sympathetic offering for me to come sit there while waiting for the tow truck. Their friendliness and kindness made my ice cream taste even sweeter!!!
Thank you guys!! Management can be proud to have you!!

Card machines weren't working. Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes with no way to leave and go somewhere else in my lunch break. Bad service.

My Partner and I both chose the same meal however the meal consisted of a burger and he was missing his burger. They did end up giving us a burger because we decided to eat in the car outside the restaurant however if we weere to drive off without opening it up. It would of been a different story so it's advisable to check and open up your meal before leaving.

I sometimes take my kids here for an ice Cream Soft serve but thats never gonna happen again. The worst Quality Soft serve Ive ever seen and tasted, even the kids disliked it . No creaminess, Different Colour thats so unappealing, aweful taste. Whats happening KFC?
